Since its inception in 2018, the world-famous Southwold Sausage Dog Walk has captured hearts and made history, setting an unofficial world record in 2022 with a jaw-dropping 2,238 dachshunds gathered on the iconic Southwold Beach in East Anglia. Run independantly by passionate dachshund advocate & TRAINER Laura Baggott, this pawsome annual event not only celebrates our favorite long-bodied pups but also raises crucial funds and awareness for intervertebral disc disease, a common and serious condition affecting many dachshunds. It’s a tail-wagging celebration with a cause that’s as important as it is adorable.
